Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Caliendo World Music Publishing, Inc (“CWMP,” also identified herein as “we” or “us”) in this document.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING.

Digital Downloads

Digital Downloads are downloadable sheet music files and can be viewed directly on your computer or mobile device.  Just purchase, download and play! Once you download your digital sheet music, you can view it at home, school, work or on any device to which it is downloaded. And the best part is, you don’t have to be connected to the Internet to view your downloaded sheet music!  PLEASE NOTE: You are only licensed to print as many copies as you have purchased. You may replace a destroyed or lost copy. However, you may not distribute the file to others or print more copies than purchased for use (i.e., you may not print individual copies for friends or students).

Viewing and Printing

How to View

Once you’ve purchased a Digital Download title you’ll receive an order confirmation email that will direct you to your Digital Library. To view your title(s):

  • Sign into your Digital Library using your registered email address and password
  • View your order number, title and number of prints purchased
  • Click the download button located to the right of the window to view the music from your browser

How to Print

Follow the steps to print your Digital Download title. To print your title:

  • Sign in to your Digital Library using your registered email address and password
  • Click the download button located to the right of the window to download the file to your computer
  • Open the file to view and print the music. You’ll be able to print the music the same way you print any document from your computer or mobile device

Returning Digital Download Titles

Due to the nature of digital sheet music we cannot offer a refund of your Digital Download title after it has been purchased, unless there was a problem with your file. If there was a problem printing or you have received the wrong title of your Digital Download, request a refund by sending an email to info@christophercaliendo.com

Virtual Content and Recordings

Access to CWMP virtual content, including conference session recordings, member-only videos, virtual conferences, webcasts, or any other type of recorded or live presentation made available is copyright CWMP (unless otherwise noted) and is for individual use and viewing only.

Schedule Changes

Dates and times are subject to change. If the details of the event change (such as a time change), you will be notified through email.

Single Use

Virtual content and recordings purchase and access is single use only. Sharing of account or login information is not permitted. Multiple computers accessing a webcast or virtual conference simultaneously from the same account is not permitted. Typographical Product Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, CWMP shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CWMP shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Sales Taxes

CWMP shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Memberships

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the unfortunate event that you are unsatisfied, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the conditions noted below.

Membership Refund – Your purchase was made no more than 5 days prior to your refund request.

Auto-renewing Payments for Memberships. If you choose to enroll in one of our automatic renewing programs for membership, your CWMP membership will automatically renew at the end of the cycle stated at the time of your order (“Billing Period”) unless and until you cancel your membership, or we terminate it. You can view the date of your next scheduled payment by visiting the “>My-account>my membership” link on the CWMP website.

Payment Method. You can pay for your membership with a credit or debit card (“Payment Method”). You may edit your Payment Method information by clicking on the “>my-account>My Membership” link on the CWMP website. If your payment is unsuccessful by reason of insufficient funds, expiration, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amount.

Recurring Billing. By placing an order for an automatically renewing membership, you authorize us to charge you the fee then in effect at the beginning of each Billing Period to your Payment Method. We automatically bill your Payment Method on the last day of the term of your membership. If your Payment Method is declined for a recurring payment of your membership fee, you must log in to My Account and renew your membership and re-enroll in Auto Renew.

You acknowledge that the amount charged each Billing Period may vary for reasons that may include price changes or if you change your membership type, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amount each Billing Period. If the regular payments for your membership may vary in amount, we will inform you by email least ten (10) days before each payment, when it will be made, and how much it will be; otherwise you will be reminded via email of upcoming charges ten (10) days before each payment.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to change the price of any of our memberships at any time. We will notify you with thirty (30) days’ notice if the fee for your membership changes from what was stated at the time of your initial order. You will have an opportunity to cancel your membership at that time. If you do not cancel your membership, you will be charged the new membership fee at your next Billing Period.

Billing Period. We will charge the membership fee at the commencement of your membership, and automatically on the last calendar day of each Billing Period (the last day of the term of your membership) thereafter unless and until your membership is cancelled.

Single Online Course Refunds

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the unfortunate event that you are unsatisfied, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the conditions noted below.

Your purchase was made no more than 48 hours prior to your refund request.

You have NOT:

  • Attempted any portion of a test or exam
  • Requested or been issued a certificate of completion
  • Completed 25% or more of the purchased course

If you meet all of these criteria, you must submit your refund request in writing via e-mail to info@christophercaliendo.com within 48 hours of your course purchase along with a receipt evidencing your proof of purchase and an explanation for why you are requesting a refund.

Further, no refund will be issued for:

  • Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or any other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines)
  • Failure to pass identity validation requirements (including validation of state or government identification, security questions or any other required methods, per course guidelines

Course expiration (per course guidelines)

  • Expedited processing or mailing of certificates once the requested expedite has been fulfilled as promised.
  • Requested refunds that are approved may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

Course Specific Policies

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any course-specific terms, conditions, or policies presented during registration that may be inconsistent with the refund policy specified above, will supersede those listed in this refund policy.
